At Prana Mama, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each batch. Due to the nature of our offerings, including teas and topical products, we do not generally offer refunds. However, we strive to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, and we have outlined our policies below to address any concerns that may arise.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases from Prana Mama, whether online or in-person, are considered final sale. This includes teas, magnesium sprays, and any bundles offered through our online store or at in-person events such as farmer’s markets. As teas are consumable products and our sprays are topical in nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items. We encourage customers attending in-person events to sample products before making a purchase.

Reporting Damages or Defects

In the event that a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers are required to first file a complaint with the shipping company to verify the damage. After verification, Prana Mama will work with the customer to either reship the order or provide store credit for the affected items. Please note: we do not offer refunds for products damaged during transit. Contact our support team with your shipping company’s confirmation of damage, and we will assist with the next steps.

Reporting Issues and Time Frames

To ensure timely assistance, customers must report any issues with their order within 30 days of receiving the product. For in-person sales, the 30-day period begins on the date of purchase. For online sales, the 30-day period begins on the date of delivery, as indicated by the shipping provider’s tracking information. Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for reshipment or store credit.

Be sure to provide details such as your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation (e.g., photos of damaged products, shipping confirmation, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, as Prana Mama does not profit from shipping fees. These fees are paid directly to third-party providers.

  • Sale and promotional items: Products purchased during sales or promotions are also final sale and are not eligible for refunds, reshipments, or store credits unless damaged in transit.
